Welcome to Challenger Yacht Charter, our website covers all aspects of this stunning Beneteau 40.7 and it’s activities from her home port of Fowey on the South Coast of Cornwall.

Challenger is available for a range of activities from ½ day taster sails, full days to Gastro weekends exploring the stunning Cornish coast line, all with our experienced crew on board to ensure you have a relaxed and comfortable time.

For the more qualified and adventurous Challenger is available for Weekly / Fortnightly Charters, Mileage building and corporate sailing events.

She is one of the best kept 40.7’s in the UK with a clean, modern and well kept interior, central heating, new cooker, lighting and fresh bed linen. As you would expect she is well equipped to MCA charter standards, new instruments, furling headsail, easy to handle mainsail stacker pack and a very helpful auto-pilot.

Challenger has an excellent racing record having won her class at Cowes, the European Championships and the Rolex Fastnet Race. Within 24 hours we can transform Challenger into a very competitive race boat available for charter or for individual participation in events from the Around the Island Race to the Rolex Fastnet.

This is what our clients say:

Dear David and Tom,

A huge thank you from the Smith & Williamson crew for looking after us so well last weekend, and getting us safely around the island in some pretty challenging conditions.  I was really impressed with how calmly and professionally you both managed the boat with all hell breaking lose around you and a somewhat impaired crew !  (there were a few red faces around the office on Monday morning, both literal and metaphorical !)

We’ve made sure to let the JP Morgan team know how impressed we were, and I very much hope they will have you back next year.

As promised, here are some of the piccies.  Very best of luck for the Fastnet, and I may see you around Cowes if you are doing any of Cowes week ……………

Many thanks once again for a really enjoyable weekend.
